A creamy, high-protein one-dish wonder featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a rich cottage cheese and Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray (for greasing the dish)
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the sauce bubbles.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley or chives if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, season the chicken with salt and pepper before adding the sauce. Experiment with herbs and spices to personalize the dish.
