Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dippers (tortilla chips, celery sticks, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl; mix until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
