Ingredients
- 1 can of sweet corn, drained
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of diced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and diced jalapeños (if using).
