Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: nuts, additional chocolate chips, or fruit
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve chilled and add your favorite toppings if desired.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of almond milk slightly, or for a thinner texture, add more almond milk. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
