  • – 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • – 3/4 cup (180 g) fresh ripe mango, diced
  • – 4 tbsp (60 g) chia seeds
  • – 1 tbsp (7 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
  • – 4-6 drops Nu-Naturals liquid stevia, or monk fruit, sugar/honey to taste


Instructions

  1. Place everything into a large container.
  2. Stir thoroughly and allow it to rest for half an hour, then stir once more.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 5-6 hours, until the mixture becomes thick and the seeds have expanded.
