Ingredients
- – 1/2 cup (120 ml) lite coconut milk
- – 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk
- – 3/4 cup (180 g) fresh ripe mango, diced
- – 4 tbsp (60 g) chia seeds
- – 1 tbsp (7 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- – 4-6 drops Nu-Naturals liquid stevia, or monk fruit, sugar/honey to taste
Instructions
- Place everything into a large container.
- Stir thoroughly and allow it to rest for half an hour, then stir once more.
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 5-6 hours, until the mixture becomes thick and the seeds have expanded.
- Portion into two separate bowls or glass containers and serve.
