Description

Delightful coconut cream bars with a creamy, chewy texture and a hint of sweetness, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, coconut cream, almond flour, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and form a sticky mixture.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Press the coconut mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
