Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup almond flour (gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, coconut cream, almond flour, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and form a sticky mixture.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the coconut mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled.
