A delightful breakfast that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls with the health benefits of oats and quinoa, perfect for meal prep and customization.
Ingredients
- ½ cup quick oats
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt (plus more for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon (plus more for dusting)
Instructions
- Combine the oats, quinoa, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a jar (or two jars).
- Stir well to blend all of the ingredients evenly.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours for optimal texture.
- Dust the top with additional cinnamon before serving.
- For presentation, add the yogurt to a ziplock bag with a corner cut out and pipe a swirl on top.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness with extra maple syrup or add toppings like dried fruits or nuts for an added flavor profile.
