A comforting and creamy Cinnamon Date Smoothie made with rolled oats, medjool dates, and warm spices.
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 3 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1½ cups non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, or oat)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the rolled oats until powdery.
- Add the pitted dates, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Add ice if preferred, and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra creamy smoothie, adjust the non-dairy milk or blend longer. Experiment with spices like nutmeg or ginger for a twist. Enjoy fresh, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
