Description

A comforting and creamy Cinnamon Date Smoothie made with rolled oats, medjool dates, and warm spices.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 3 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, or oat)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend the rolled oats until powdery.
  2. Add the pitted dates, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
