Description

Discover how to make our zesty Cilantro Lime Jalapeño Salsa, perfect for adding a spicy kick to any dish. Dive into the easy recipe and elevate your meals today!

Ingredients

4-5 jalapeños seeded, deveined and cut in large chunks

1 medium sized bunch of cilantro which is about a little over 1 cup (240 ml) of packed cilantro leaves

2 garlic cloves

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 to 3/4 cup (180 ml) of olive oil or avocado oil (for a more neutral taste) adjust based on how thick you want the salsa

Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Gather all the ingredients and put them in a small food processor or blender. Blend until everything is finely chopped and the sauce is smooth. Ensure the olive oil is well integrated into the mixture.

2. Use the sauce right away or store it in the fridge until needed. For the best flavor, use the salsa on the day it is made.

Notes

1. For a milder salsa, use fewer jalapeños or remove more of the veins, as they contain most of the heat.
2. To enhance the lime flavor, add a bit of lime zest before blending the ingredients.
3. Pair this salsa with grilled chicken or fish for a fresh and zesty topping.
4. Store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days to maintain freshness and flavor.
