Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over each tortilla.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cranberry layer.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and coconut evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, slice into pinwheels and serve.
