Description

Decadent protein balls featuring Oreos and nutritious ingredients, perfect for post-workout snacks or satisfying cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (as needed)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, protein powder, nut butter, honey, and cocoa powder.
  2. Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until it holds together.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
