Decadent protein balls featuring Oreos and nutritious ingredients, perfect for post-workout snacks or satisfying cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oreo crumbs
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, protein powder, nut butter, honey, and cocoa powder.
- Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until it holds together.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy as a post-workout snack or treat!
Notes
Experiment with flavors by adding shredded coconut or chopped nuts. Adjust the sweetness by modifying honey or maple syrup.
