Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the milk or water to a boil.
- Stir in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the oats have absorbed most of the liquid, remove from heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
