  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oil, sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture, blending it into the batter.
  5. Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, being careful to mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
