Description

A vibrant and fresh sauce made with parsley and garlic, perfect for enhancing grilled meats and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar, stirring to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let the chimichurri sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
