  • Salt, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
  • Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Onion powder, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Paprika, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
  • Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped (8 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into 8 equal strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Coat the chicken strips with the spice mixture.
  5. Wrap each chicken strip with a strip of turkey bacon.
  6. Secure the bacon with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
