- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the chicken broth into a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the diced carrots, celery, and onions; cook until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and heavy cream.
