Description

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Pour the chicken broth into a pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onions; cook until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and heavy cream.
