Ingredients
- 1 8 oz (227 g) bag Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Shreds about 2 cup (480 ml) s (I used Land O Lakes®)
- 4 slices Bread
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Cooked Beef Crumbled
- 1 cup (240 ml) Rotisserie Chicken shredded
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Salted Butter
Instructions
- In a sizable mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, crumbled beef, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, and garlic powder until everything is well mixed and coated.
- Spread half of this mixture onto a slice of bread, then use the remaining portion on another slice.
- Place a second slice of bread on top of each prepared slice, and evenly spread butter on the outside of the sandwiches.
- Warm a large skillet over medium-low heat and place the sandwiches in it. Cook each side for approximately 5-7 minutes, until the bread turns golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Take the sandwiches off the heat and allow them to sit for a minute before serving.
