Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with butter to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. Toss the biscuit pieces in the chicken mixture, ensuring they’re thoroughly coated.
- Layer the biscuit pieces in the prepared bundt pan, pressing down gently to compact them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a platter.
