Description

A delightful chia snack that marries simplicity with flavor, nutritious chia seeds, and your choice of toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: nuts or fruits for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, chia seeds, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk and vegetable oil.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Optionally, add nuts or fruits on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool and serve.

Notes
