Description

A delightful chocolate cake with cherry pie filling that captures the joy of baking and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can of cherry pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Bow-shaped decorations (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, cherry pie filling, eggs, oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and decorate with bow-shaped decorations and more cherry pie filling if desired.
