Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (450 g)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 150 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz / 410 g)
- 150 g frozen corn
- 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 5 g salt
- 5 g black pepper
- 1 g dried oregano
- 1 g dried basil
- 200 g cooked pasta
- 15 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground venison to the skillet; cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped red bell pepper and sliced mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, frozen corn, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cooked pasta until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
