Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, steamed broccoli, cooked rice or quinoa, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- If using, add breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
