Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 – 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1.5 – 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
- Shape into a loaf and place in the greased pan.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Notes
