Description

A delightful twist on the classic meatloaf, this cheesy low carb version is packed with flavor and perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/21 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1.52 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
