Description

A delightful combination of cheesy goodness and soft Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 12-16 count Hawaiian rolls (2 slits cut into the top of each, halfway through)
  • 1 stick salted butter (softened)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (washed thoroughly)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the prepared Hawaiian rolls into a buttered 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Stuff each slit in the rolls generously with mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Whisk until evenly mixed.
  5. Evenly spread the seasoned butter mixture over the cheese-stuffed rolls.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the rolls become golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!

Notes

For a crispier top, consider broiling for a minute after baking.
