A delightful combination of cheesy goodness and soft Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings and potlucks.
Ingredients
- 12-16 count Hawaiian rolls (2 slits cut into the top of each, halfway through)
- 1 stick salted butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (washed thoroughly)
- 2 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the prepared Hawaiian rolls into a buttered 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Stuff each slit in the rolls generously with mozzarella cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- Evenly spread the seasoned butter mixture over the cheese-stuffed rolls.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the rolls become golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
Notes
For a crispier top, consider broiling for a minute after baking.
