Instructions

  1. Break apart the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it is browned evenly. Remove excess fat, then mix in the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with their juice, and uncooked rice. Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat, stirring once in a while, until the rice is tender, which should take about 15 minutes.
