- 1 (850 g) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (340 g) package beef steak, diced
- 475 g shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (298 g) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (227 g) container plain Greek yogurt
- 120 ml vegetable oil, melted
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Collect all necessary components.
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly oil a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, diced beef steak, shredded cheese, chopped onion, condensed cream of chicken soup, Greek yogurt, and melted vegetable oil. Add salt and black pepper to your liking.
- Pour the blended ingredients into the greased baking dish and cover it with foil.
- Bake until the dish is bubbly and the cheese has melted, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then, take off the foil and continue baking until the top is golden brown, around 15 additional minutes.
