Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- ½ cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling, securing it tightly.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat. Cook each filled tortilla for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese melts.
