Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with refried beans, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, perfect for game nights and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  2. Mix together until well combined and visually homogenized.
  3. If desired, gently fold in the optional diced tomatoes and chopped green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or slow cooker.
  5. If baking, place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. If using a slow cooker, heat on low until warmed through (about 2-3 hours).
  6. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the ingredients and toppings to suit your taste. Adding garlic powder or jalapeños can enhance the flavor.
