Ingredients
- 3 lbs (1.36 kg) boneless skinless chicken cut into cubes

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) plain yogurt
- 8 oz (227 g) cream cheese very soft
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 8 slices turkey bacon crumbled, divided
- 3 green onions chopped, divided
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to preheat.
- Blend the plain yogurt and softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, the cream cheese mixture, half of the chopped green onions, half of the shredded mozzarella, and half of the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Evenly distribute this mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Scatter the remaining bacon, onions, and mozzarella over the top.
- Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, rotating the dish halfway through if your oven has uneven heat distribution, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling.
