Ingredients

  • 3 lbs (1.36 kg) boneless skinless chicken cut into cubes
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) plain yogurt
  • 8 oz (227 g) cream cheese very soft
  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 8 slices turkey bacon crumbled, divided
  • 3 green onions chopped, divided


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to preheat.
  2. Blend the plain yogurt and softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, the cream cheese mixture, half of the chopped green onions, half of the shredded mozzarella, and half of the crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Evenly distribute this mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Scatter the remaining bacon, onions, and mozzarella over the top.
  6. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, rotating the dish halfway through if your oven has uneven heat distribution, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling.
