Description

A delightful and charming cake infused with the tropical flavors of coconut and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for gatherings and bringing people closer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
  4. If using, sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
  5. Place the cake pan in a larger baking pan filled with water (water bath).
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Invert onto a serving plate before serving, and enjoy!
