A delightful and charming cake infused with the tropical flavors of coconut and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for gatherings and bringing people closer.
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- If using, sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
- Place the cake pan in a larger baking pan filled with water (water bath).
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Invert onto a serving plate before serving, and enjoy!
