Description

A flavorful, low-carb twist on classic burgers, featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and zesty sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
  2. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  4. Stir and cook until the beef reaches a safe internal temperature.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create a zesty sauce.
  6. Divide the chopped romaine lettuce into four bowls.
  7. Layer each bowl with cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
  8. Spoon the cooked beef evenly into each bowl.
  9. Drizzle the prepared sauce on top.
  10. Serve immediately or store ingredients separately for meal prep.

Notes

For extra crunch, use freshly chopped veggies. Consider adding jalapeños for spice or bacon bits for indulgence.
