Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
- Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Stir and cook until the beef reaches a safe internal temperature.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create a zesty sauce.
- Divide the chopped romaine lettuce into four bowls.
- Layer each bowl with cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
- Spoon the cooked beef evenly into each bowl.
- Drizzle the prepared sauce on top.
- Serve immediately or store ingredients separately for meal prep.
Notes
For extra crunch, use freshly chopped veggies. Consider adding jalapeños for spice or bacon bits for indulgence.
