Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) lima beans, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic, bell peppers, or other vegetables


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the chopped onion (and any other vegetables if using) to the pot and sauté until tender.
