Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or more, if desired)
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add milk and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, add your toppings of choice.
Notes
For creamier oats, add a little more milk. Ripe bananas yield the best result due to their natural sweetness.
