Ingredients
- 1 sheet slider buns (butter or potato style)
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices cheese
- 12 eggs
- ½ – 1 cup melted butter (plus 1 tablespoon for cooking eggs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet, cooking until scrambled and set.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the slider buns on the bottom.
- Add ham slices, cheese slices, and spoon scrambled eggs on top before placing the remaining buns.
- Pour melted butter over the assembled sliders.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
