Description

Delicious breakfast sliders filled with ham, cheese, and fluffy scrambled eggs, perfect for a family gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet slider buns (butter or potato style)
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • ½1 cup melted butter (plus 1 tablespoon for cooking eggs)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet, cooking until scrambled and set.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the slider buns on the bottom.
  5. Add ham slices, cheese slices, and spoon scrambled eggs on top before placing the remaining buns.
  6. Pour melted butter over the assembled sliders.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
