Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 5 slices cheese (cut in half)
- Everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
- Cook the eggs over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fluffy and set.
- Roll out each piece of biscuit dough individually on a floured surface.
- Spoon a generous amount of scrambled eggs and a half slice of cheese onto each piece of dough.
- Pinch the dough closed, placing the seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
