Description

A delightful combination of flaky biscuit dough, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese, baked to perfection for a quick and satisfying breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 5 slices cheese (cut in half)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Cook the eggs over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fluffy and set.
  4. Roll out each piece of biscuit dough individually on a floured surface.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of scrambled eggs and a half slice of cheese onto each piece of dough.
  6. Pinch the dough closed, placing the seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
