Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until well mixed.
- In another bowl, mix the milk and eggs until smooth. Then, add this mixture to the dry ingredients and combine until just blended; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Fill the muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better incorporation and consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking for added flavor.
