Ingredients
- 6-8 Croissants
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear croissants into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces, ensuring they are soaked.
- Dot the mixture with spoonfuls of cream cheese and sprinkle blueberries evenly on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, serve warm with blueberry sauce on top.
