Description

Healthy, delightful bites that capture the flavors of birthday cake while providing a nutritious boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup Oat flour (can be swapped with almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup Cashew or almond butter (or sunflower butter for nut-free)
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons Milk of choice


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and oat flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cashew or almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt until well incorporated.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in the rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Add 3-4 tablespoons of milk as needed to achieve a dough-like consistency.
  6. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
