Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the steak, seal the bag, and toss to coat evenly.
