Description

A simple yet transformative dish that showcases the natural sweetness of cauliflower, roasted to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower, removing the stem and leaves.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
