Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the sour cream and flour until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
