Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the sour cream and flour until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Refrigerating overnight is recommended for the best flavor. Slice with a knife dipped in warm water for clean cuts.
