- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for the glaze)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (for the glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
