Decadent stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy blend of cheese and herbs, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese filling.
- Place the filled mushroom caps on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
