Description

Decadent stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy blend of cheese and herbs, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese filling.
