Ingredients
- 6 cups stale bread, torn into pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (for vanilla sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear the stale bread into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and cinnamon, then pour this mixture over the bread.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until set and golden.
- For the vanilla sauce, combine sugar, cream, and vanilla in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the bread pudding warm with the vanilla sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
