Description

Ingredients

  • 4-6 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Fold in the berries and croissant pieces gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
