Description

Succulent beef tenderloin medallions seared to perfection and topped with creamy garlic herb butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin medallions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme and parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef tenderloin medallions with salt and pepper.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the medallions for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and desired doneness is reached.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped fresh herbs.
  4. Once the medallions are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. Top each medallion with a spoonful of garlic herb butter. Serve immediately.

Notes

Using room-temperature beef may enhance even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for better searing.
