Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Mix together the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Place the carne asada meat in a resealable bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over it.
- Ensure the meat is well coated and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Grill the carne asada on high heat until cooked to your desired doneness, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.
- Serve with tacos, fries, or as desired.
Notes
For a sweeter touch, increase orange juice or add honey. Adjust spice levels based on personal preference.
