Description

A zesty and flavorful marinade that enhances beef steak for the perfect grilling experience.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Mix together the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Place the carne asada meat in a resealable bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Ensure the meat is well coated and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
  4. Grill the carne asada on high heat until cooked to your desired doneness, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with tacos, fries, or as desired.

Notes
