- 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) froz en French fries
- 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) shredded moz zarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 grams) beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (8 grams) chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned brisket in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake the brisket in the oven for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Shred the brisket using two forks and mix with barbecue sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the French fries for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove fries from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled beef bacon to the fries.
- Mix the fries well until the cheese begins to melt.
- Add the shredded brisket to the fries and toss to combine.
