- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or blueberries, if using.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
