Description

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or blueberries (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, and milk.
  3. Stir until just combined.
