Ingredients

- – 2 tbsp (30 ml) balsamic vinegar (or balsamic glaze)
- – 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
Instructions
- Set your oven to a temperature of 425°F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil or using a non-stick silicone mat.
- Remove any outer dry leaves from the Brussels sprouts, trim the bottoms, and slice them lengthwise.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with vegetable oil, salt, and ground black pepper, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Spread the sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake them until they are soft and golden brown, roughly 20 minutes.
- Return the roasted Brussels sprouts to the bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey, then mix thoroughly to cover them evenly. Taste and add more salt if needed before serving.
